Hello, brand new world. My name is Amanda Cassandra, but I guess Cassandra will suffice. If you care to get to know me, you can do so through these cyber-pages, and you can get a good idea of the way I think and view the world by the life I live.
Louis Vuitton and Prada are among my best friends in life, and while diamonds *can* be a girl's best friend, I'm the type of chick that has lots of friends. If the 'recessionista' look is in, then I am *very* out of style. I don't believe in settling for less, even if it's trendy. I also believe that trends should serve the wearer, not vice versa. I'm sorry.
One of the first things you will come to learn about me in this interesting little friendship we have is that I am brutally honest, my dears. <3
My partner is utterly fab, too, and you will doubtless see many pictures of her around. She designed this blog for me, of course, because honestly I'm not as savvy with art or internet stuff as she is. I'll happily admit that she's the artist in this lovely little femme marriage, and I'm the stuffy academic chick. It actually works out really well. ^_~
